A scientific research study called the study of the biological equivalence of a different pharmaceutical product is to follow the concentration of active substance in the blood after taking the product under study and compared with the concentration of active substance in the blood after the reference product.

This scientific study aims to prove the equivalence of the product under study with the original reference product.
This study will confirm that the product under study is in conformity with the specifications, which will allow it to be marketed in the Arab Republic of Egypt. This will reduce the cost of health care as a result of marketing local products.

1. Age is 18-55 years old and you do not have a history of the following diseases (asthma, gastrointestinal ulcers, sinusitis, sore throat, kidney and liver diseases, heart disease or nervous system, blood diseases and diabetes). Are not allergic to the product under study or to any of the medicines belonging to the same family.

2. You should not be addicted, have no history of alcohol addiction, and have not been exposed to any addictive substances. You are not a heavy smoker (more than ten cigarettes a day) haven’t donated blood or any of their contents during the two months prior to giving the medicine.

3. You should agree and approve not to take any medicines (including prescription drugs) at least two weeks prior to the study and during the course of the study. You should also stop smoking and drinking any beverages containing alcohol or caffeine such as (coffee and tea and cola) before taking the drug and during the study

• All products used in this study or similar products are registered with the Ministry of Health and traded in the Egyptian market or in the markets of European or American countries. None of the products used in this study have never been used in humans and have been confirmed safe and approved for use by the Ethics Committee of the Center.
• You will also have a personal test, a medical examination, blood analysis (complete blood image, liver and kidney function, fat, sugar analysis, and viral analysis), urine analysis, and pregnancy test for women, to make sure your health condition allows you to participate in the study.
• Our medical team will fully explain the product under study and its possible side effects
• The study is conducted under medical supervision and continuous medical follow-up of volunteers in the study. In the event of any side effects (or no later than one month after the end of the study), PharmaSolutions medical team will provide you with prompt and free treatment. PharmaSolutions will handle treatment in the contracted hospital for this purpose (if necessary).

• All files related to your identity as a participant in this study, your medical files and medical analysis will remain confidential. No one is entitled to access these files except the researchers in the study, the funding company for the study, the assessment board of studies, the Egyptian Ministry of Health or any other inspection body (upon request). You will be given a number and code and to use throughout the study instead of your name.

• You may decide not to participate or withdraw from the study at any time without any conditions

• The volunteer will not bear any costs for medical examination or blood and urine analysis. You will receive an amount of money for your participation in this study agreed upon at the beginning of the study and it is possible to increase the amount in case of commitment in different stages of study.

• هى دراسة بحثية علمية تسمى دراسة التكافؤ الحيوي لمستحضر دوائية مختلفة الغرض منها هو متابعة تركيز المادة الفعالة في الدم بعد تناول المستحضر قيد الدراسة ومقارنة ذلك بتركيز المادة الفعالة في الدم بعد تناول المستحضر المرجعي.

• تهدف هذه الدراسة العلمية لأثبات تكافؤ المستحضر قيد الدراسة مع المستحضر المرجعى الأصلى.
سوف تؤكد هذة الدراسة ان المستحضر قيد الدراسة مطابق للمواصفات مما يسمح بتسويقه في جمهورية مصر العربية و هذا سوف يؤدي إلى خفض تكلفة الرعاية الصحية نتيجة تسويق مستحضرات محلية.

1. أن يكون العمر من 18-55 سنة وليس ليس لديك تاريخ بالامراض الاتية (الربو، القرحة المعدية و المعوية، التهاب الجيوب الانفية، التهاب الحلق، امراض الكلى و الكبد، امراق القلب او الجهاز العصبي، امراض الدم و داء السكري) و الا تعاني من الحساسية للمستحضر قيد الدراسة او لأي من الادوية المنتمية لنفس العائلة.

2. أن تكون لست مدمنا و ليس لديك تاريخ ادمان على الكحول و لم يتبين انك قد تعرضت لاية مواد مسببة للادمان لست مدخنا شرها ( اكثر من عشرة سجائر يوميا ) لم تتبرع بالدم او اى من محتوياته خلال الشهرين السابقين لاعطاء الدواء .

3. يجب الموافقة و الاقرار على عدم تناول اي ادوية (بما في ذلك الادوية المتاحة بدون وصفة الطبيب)قبل الدراسة بأسبوعين على الاقل و اثناء الدراسة، كما يتم التوقف عن التدخين و عن تناول اي مشروبات تحتوى على الكحول او الكافيين مثل ( القهوة و الشاي و الكولا) قبل تناول الدواء و اثناء الدراسة.

• كل المستحضرات المستعملة في هذه الدراسة او مستحضرات مماثلة لها مسجلة بوزارة الصحة ومتداولة في السوق المصري او في اسواق دول اوروبية او امريكية ولا تستخدم في هذه الدراسة مستحضرات لم يسبق استخدامها في الانسان و تم أثبات أمنها وتم الموافقة على استخدمها من قبل لجنة الاخلاقيات الخاصة بالمركز .
• وايضا قبل انضمامك للدراسة سوف يجرى لك اختبار شخصي وفحص طبي وتحليل دم ( صورة دم كاملة، وظائف كبد و كلى، دهون، تحليل سكر، تحليل فيروسات) و تحليل بول و اختبار حمل للسيدات للتأكد من ان حالتك الصحية تسمح بالمشاركة في الدراسة.
• وسوف يقوم فريقنا الطبى بشرح كامل للمستحضر قيد الدراسة واعراضه الجانبية المحتملة
• علما بان الدراسة تتم تحت أشراف طبى ومتابعة طبية مستمرة للمتطوعين فى الدراسة. وفي حال حدوث أي اعراض جانبيه (أو فى فترة لا تتعدى الشهر بعد انتهاء الدراسة ) فإن الفريق الطبي بفارماسلوشنز سيقدم لك العلاج الفوري و المجاني ، و تتكفل شركة فارماسلوشنز بالعلاج في المستشفى المتعاقد معها لهذا الغرض( إذا تطلب الامر).

• كل الملفات المتعلقة بهويتك كمشارك في هذه الدراسة و ملفاتك الطبية و التحاليل الطبية ستبقى سرية. ولا يحق لأي كان الاطلاع على هذه الملفات عدا الباحثون فى الدراسة، الشركة الممولة للدراسة، مجلس تقييم الدراسات، و وزارة الصحة المصرية أو أى جهات تفتيشية أخرى (عند الطلب). سيتم أعطائك رقم و رمز و سيتم التعامل بهما طوال الدراسة بدلا من أسمك.

• يمكنك ان تقرر عدم المشاركة او الانسحاب من الدراسة في اي وقت بدون أى شروط

• لن يتحمل المتطوع اي تكاليف مقابل الكشف الطبي او تحليل الدم و البول و سوف تحصل على مبلغ نظير مشاركتك في هذه الدراسة متفق عليه فى بداية الدراسة و من الممكن زيادة المبلغ فى حالة الألتزام فى مراحل الدراسة المختلفة.
